M&P Express Logistics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Sialkot. This role is crucial for managing sales activities within a specified territory, focusing on business growth, customer retention, and new customer acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities within the specified territory, including sales forecasting and target achievement.
• Develop and continually update key customer annual business plans to meet business objectives.
• Execute and achieve monthly and year-to-date product-wise sales targets.
• Monitor competitive activities and maintain strong market intelligence to support business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive customer retention, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Negotiate and renew customer contracts, including rate revisions where applicable.
• Prepare and submit sales and visit reports, proposals, presentations, and other business documentation on time.

Eligibility

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Qualification: Graduate or Masters
• Experience: At least 5 years in business development (International)
