Qualifications
- Sales Officer: B. Sc (Hons) Agriculture
- Zonal Sales Manager: B. Sc (Hons) / M. Sc (Hons) Agriculture
Experience
- Sales Officer: 1-3 years in agricultural sales / field operations
- Zonal Sales Manager: 5-7 years in agricultural sales / field operations
Responsibilities
- Promote products and achieve sales targets.
- Collect market information and assist dealers & farmers.
- Manage zonal-level operations and support the ASO/SO team.
- Monitor targets and optimize sales.
- Maintain strong relations with dealers and farmers.
