Job Overview

Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Service Limited is seeking a skilled Senior Database Administrator to join their team in Karachi, Sindh. This role involves managing and maintaining critical database systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle (11g/12c/19c) and SQL Server (2019/2022) databases.
• Automate routine database administration tasks using PL/SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
• Configure domains, managed servers, clusters, SSL, load balancing, and high availability environments.
• Install, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle APEX.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Skills

• Proficiency in PL/SQL, T-SQL, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
