Vacancy Details

• Job Title: Recovery Officer
• No. of Positions: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, recovery, or finance (healthcare or corporate experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain updated records of receivables and recovery progress.
• Coordinate with billing, finance, and corporate departments for reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare and share recovery reports with management on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and internal audit requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain effective communication with Laboratory franchises & stakeholders.
