Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly Primary Sales and Collection targets across the assigned zone.
• Ensure monthly Secondary Sales and Collection targets through effective retail and distributor management.
• Drive investment induction in line with business growth plans and market credit requirements.
• Lead channel development initiatives to strengthen dealer, retailer, and distributor networks.
• Ensure effective utilization and smooth execution of DMS (Distributor Management System).
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans for continuous improvement.

Eligibility

Qualification: Master’s degree or MBA

Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
