Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred for Senior Officer appointment)
- Experience: 2 years in field sales, student counseling, event execution, or a customer-facing role
Responsibilities
- Engage with students and provide counseling
- Execute outreach events and initiatives
- Conduct independent field research as required
- Travel daily across Karachi and periodically across Sindh
- Deliver presentations to student audiences
Requirements
- Confident public speaking skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data-capture tools
- Fluency in Urdu and English; knowledge of Sindhi is desirable
- Willingness to travel, including overnight travel and selected weekends during peak season
