Job Overview

RAHMA Islamic Relief is seeking a dedicated Project Finance Officer to oversee financial administration and reporting for various projects. This full-time position is based in Rawalpindi, Sindh, and is crucial for ensuring compliance with donor requirements and effective budget management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project financial administration, budget tracking, and donor-compliant expenditure recording across all budget categories.
• Oversee impact investment reporting to ensure accurate financial representation.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with independent auditors for mid-term and final financial and fund-governance reviews.
• Support the Project Manager with donor financial reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Ensure procurement and payments to contracted technical suppliers and consultants adhere to RAHMA financial policies.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration; part/full professional accounting qualification is an asset.

Experience

• At least 3 years of NGO project finance/accounting experience, ideally on donor-funded projects.
