Vacancy Details

Position: Tele-Fundraising Associate
Location: Nursery Market, P. E. C. H. S, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach calls daily to prospective and existing donors.
• Perform data scraping to identify and generate new donor and corporate leads.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for meetings, proposals, and donor communications on behalf of the CRD team.
• Maintain and regularly update CRD records, donor database, and activity logs.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential donors, corporate representatives, and strategic partners.
• Reduce response delays through timely communication and follow-up.
• Strengthen donor retention by maintaining consistent engagement with existing donors.
• Increase the number of donors and outreach calls conducted daily.
• Perform any other task assigned by the Line Manager in support of CRD operations.

Eligibility

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer support.
