Job Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts and visual designs for both digital and print media. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and be able to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for digital and print media.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to generate creative concepts and enhance visuals.
• Design social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, brochures, flyers, packaging, POS material, presentations, and corporate branding.
• Maintain consistent application of Brighto’s brand guidelines across all visual communication.
• Prepare high-resolution, print-ready artwork; edit/retouch images; create mockups and adapt designs for multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing/content teams and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
