Job Overview

The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing talent acquisition strategies, and partnering with various departments to fulfill manpower requirements. This position is based in the SITE Area of Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop and execute Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Manage high-volume hiring across manufacturing, technical, corporate, and management positions.
• Partner with Heads of Departments (HODs) and hiring managers for manpower and competency requirements.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and selection coordination.
• Support Employer Branding, campus hiring, Management Trainee Officer (MTO) programs, and internships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
