Wood Aesthetics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee showroom operations and drive sales performance in Central Park, Lahore, Pakistan. This role is crucial for managing the overall operations of the showroom, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall showroom operations, including sales performance, team productivity, and achievement of profitability targets.
• Develop and execute furniture and wood-product sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate contracts, and support business development.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery while maintaining excellent customer experience.
• Follow up on leads generated through social media and digital marketing campaigns and drive sales through effective lead management.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 4–6 years in furniture, woodwork, or customized furniture
