MNS University of Engineering and Technology is seeking qualified candidates for multiple statutory positions including Registrar, Controller of Examinations, and Treasurer. These roles are critical for the effective governance and administration of the university.

Vacancy Details

  • Registrar (BS-20) – 1 Position
  • Controller of Examinations (BS-20) – 1 Position
  • Treasurer (BS-20) – 1 Position

Eligibility

Applicants must be between the ages of 35 to 50 years.

Qualifications

  • Registrar: Ph. D. or equivalent qualification recognized by Higher Education Commission.
  • Controller of Examinations: Ph. D. or equivalent qualification recognized by Higher Education Commission.
  • Treasurer: Ph. D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an institute recognized by Higher Education Commission.

Experience

  • Registrar: 8 years post qualification teaching or administrative experience.
  • Controller of Examinations: 8 years post qualification teaching or administrative experience.
  • Treasurer: 8 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.

Important Terms & Conditions

  1. Application forms must be accompanied by 06 passport size photographs, attested copies of all certificates, degrees, testimonials, detailed marks certificates, experience certificates, transcripts, equivalence certificates from the concerned authority, valid registration certificate from PEC/PMDC (if applicable), CNIC, domicile, and updated CV.
  2. The original Bank Draft amounting to Rs. 5000/- in lieu of Application processing fee (non-refundable / non-transferable) in favor of Treasurer, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering and Technology, Multan must be submitted with the application form.
  3. Candidates already in service of Government/Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through the official application method provided with this vacancy.
