5. WASH Specialist (01 Position) Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university. Minimum of seven years of post-qualification professional experience in water resources, water supply, sanitation, or urban utility infrastructure projects. Preference shall be given to candidates with demonstrated experience working on donor-funded projects preferably in water resources, water supply, sanitation, or urban utility infrastructure projects. Experience with programs for utility performance improvement, NRW reduction, pressure monitoring and leakage reduction through District Metered Areas (DMAs), or institutional strengthening of water utilities will be an advantage. Experience working at a water and sanitation utility in Pakistan in any capacity (staff, consultant, advisor, etc.) will be an advantage. Excellent report writing, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant analytical and presentation software.
