Position: IE – Sewing Officer
As an IE – Sewing Officer, you will play a crucial role in monitoring line efficiency, productivity, and daily targets. Your responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining operation breakdowns, conducting line balancing, and optimizing manpower and machine allocation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and daily targets.
- Prepare and maintain OB, SAM/SMV, and operation breakdown.
- Conduct line balancing and optimize manpower/machine allocation.
- Analyze bottlenecks, capacity, and production losses.
- Conduct time studies, method studies, and work measurement.
- Monitor machine utilization and downtime and coordinate with maintenance.
Requirements
- Education: BS in Industrial or Textile Engineering.
- Experience: 0-1 Year.
Skills
- Knowledge of time study, motion study, SAM, and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Visio.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
