Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily PD finishing operations to ensure timely completion of sample orders.
- Ensure proper thread trimming, pressing, cleaning, labeling, and final presentation of samples.
- Verify garment measurements and overall quality according to buyer specifications.
- Monitor daily targets, work in progress (WIP), sample receiving, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with PD Sewing, QA, Washing, Merchandising, and other departments for smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and monitor the finishing team to achieve quality and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with buyer standards, technical specifications, and company SOPs.
- Report daily progress, highlight production issues, and support continuous process improvements.
Eligibility Requirements
Qualifications
- FA / BA
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PD Finishing / Sample Finishing in a garment manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of garment finishing processes and quality standards.
- Leadership, team management & training skills.
- Good communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to meet targets and manage WIP.
- Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
