District Associate Job in Rahim Yar Khan at SPHERE

SPHERE is seeking a dedicated and proactive District Associate to support the implementation of various development projects in Rahim Yar Khan. The District Associate will work closely with the District Coordinator, Rahim Yar Khan, to coordinate field activities, support project implementation, and ensure smooth communication with teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise project activities at the district level.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of project plans.
• Liaise with field teams, community stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Monitor field operations and ensure adherence to guidelines and protocols.
• Collect, verify, and report data accurately and on time.
• Support training, supervision, and capacity-building of field staff.
• Identify challenges during fieldwork and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project requirements.

Eligibility

Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Prior experience in field coordination, project management, or related areas is preferred.
• Ability to work in teams and demonstrate organizational skills.
