Job Description
Rahnuma Family Planning Association of Pakistan (R-FPAP) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager Programme & Advocacy to join their team at the Head Office in Lahore. This role is crucial for driving advocacy efforts and managing programs that align with the organization’s mission to improve family planning and reproductive health services across Pakistan.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field. With a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in programme management, advocacy, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement, the candidate will play a key role in advancing the organization’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage advocacy initiatives to promote family planning and reproductive health.
- Develop and implement programs that align with organizational goals.
- Engage with stakeholders and partners to foster collaboration and support.
- Conduct policy analysis to inform program development and advocacy strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in programme management.
- Strong skills in community engagement and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability in policy analysis and advocacy strategies.
- Experience in project evaluation and capacity building.
