Chief Financial Officer Position Overview

Humanex Consultancy & Training Excellence is seeking a strategic and outcome-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, drive performance, and create long-term value across the organization. This is an on-site position located in Lahore, offering a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business growth.
• Drive financial performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to support senior leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and uphold financial governance.
• Identify financial risks and ensure robust risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to drive decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of excellence.

Eligibility Requirements

• Qualification: Qualified CA / ACCA / ACMA / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 12-18 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5-3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Age: 12-18 Years
