• Supervising workshop activities, including fabrication, fitting, and machine servicing.
• Coordinating with production teams to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Ensuring availability of spare parts and maintaining inventory of maintenance tools and materials.
• Implementing safety standards and ensuring safe working practices in the workshop.
• Improving machine efficiency through continuous monitoring and technical suggestions.
