Euro Construct Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production and plant operations at their facility located in Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore. This role is crucial for ensuring that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production and plant operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Supervise manpower, machines, materials, and workflow.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Procurement teams.
- Monitor production efficiency, machine performance, downtime, and wastage.
- Improve processes to increase productivity and reduce losses.
- Ensure product quality and resolve production issues.
- Prepare daily production and operational reports.
- Manage manpower allocation and shift activities.
- Coordinate machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Report production performance and issues to management.
- Support new machinery installation and commissioning when required.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Experience: 5-7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the Polymer/Plastic industry.
