Position Details

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative denim fabrics, constructions, and finishes aligned with market and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with R&D, Weaving, Dyeing, Finishing, Production, and Quality teams for product development and commercialization.
• Analyze global denim trends, customer preferences, sustainability, and competitor developments to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with customers and brands to understand product briefs, technical requirements, and commercial expectations.
• Manage fabric sampling, trials, testing, approvals, and seasonal product collections.
• Support customer presentations, fabric selections, product launches, and business development initiatives.
• Provide technical and commercial input on fabric quality, performance, specifications, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Support the GM in expanding the product portfolio and identifying new market and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of denim fabric construction, weaving, dyeing, and finishing.
• Good understanding of global denim trends, innovation, and sustainability.
• Strong commercial acumen and market orientation.
• Experience with international brands, customers, or denim garment manufacturers will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple developments and deliver within timelines.
