The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

1. Position / Job Title
   Wing Head – Portfolio Management & SBP Coordination (VP)
2. Reporting to
   Group Chief – Special Assets Management
3. Educational / Professional Qualification
   • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university / college / institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
   • Candidates having a Master’s degree and / or any other relevant professional qualification will be preferred
4. Experience
   • Minimum 08 years of experience in Banking and / or Financial Institution(s), out of which at least 04 years on a managerial and / or supervisory role in Recovery and / or Risk Management and / or Portfolio Management and / or SBP Coordination
   • Candidates having experience of Branch Operations & SAM will be preferred
5. Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
   • Awareness of relevant SBP Prudential Regulations
   • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
   • Good analytical skills with an adequate understanding of power BI tools
   • Good team player
   • Proficiency in MS Office suite
   • Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks with strict deadlines
6. Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
   • To maintain the Statement of Classified Advances (SCA) Data
   • To manage the entire MIS including, Position of Classified Advances (POCA), Outstanding Ledger Position (OLP), Legal, CIRC, SME Bank, NDFC, etc. of the Group and reporting for Divisional Heads / Group Chief
   • To correspond and coordinate with SBP and internally with Groups
   • To manage the total portfolio and budgets of the Group
   • To manage the P&L and Recovery positions of the Group
   • To correspond and coordinate with Financial Control Group
   • To maintain eCIB reporting
   • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
7. Assessment Interview(s)
   Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s).
8. Employment Type
   The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s policy / rules.
