Assistant Manager Marketing at Bismillah Textiles

Bismillah Textiles is seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join their Marketing department in the Made-Ups (Home Textile) Division. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and brands.
  • Coordinate with buyers regarding product development, sampling, order confirmation, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including merchandising, production, planning, and quality assurance to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Prepare product costing, quotations, and price negotiations with buyers.
  • Monitor order progress from sampling through final shipment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in international markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards.
  • Handle buyer correspondence and provide timely follow-up on orders and inquiries.

Eligibility

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration (Marketing), Textile Management, or a related field. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in marketing, preferably within the home textile/made-ups export industry is essential.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of home textile products such as bed linen, duvet covers, pillowcases, curtains, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and communication.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with buyers and internal departments.
