Job Overview

Bonanza Satrangi is seeking a highly qualified Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to lead its supply chain operations at the Karachi head office. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and production operations in alignment with business goals.
• Drive capacity planning, operational strategy, ERP/digital transformation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Execute seasonal collection launches to ensure 100% on-time, simultaneous product availability across all retail and distribution channels nationwide in Pakistan.
• Oversee multi-site apparel and sweater production, including knitting, linking, washing, finishing, and quality assurance.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and TQM methodologies to enhance productivity, capacity utilization, and minimize rejects.
• Fulfill top-management sales targets by aligning production capacity, material pipelines, and operational execution to achieve 100% of revenue goals.
• Enforce strict quality assurance, environmental standards, and labor compliance across all multi-site production and store operations.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Experience

• 20+ years of supply chain experience, including 8+ years in executive leadership roles.
