Key Responsibilities

• Oversee distributor operations, order fulfillment, inventory health, and ROI evaluation.
• Expand numeric and weighted distribution across primary, secondary, and wholesale networks.
• Analyze regional sales trends and channel dynamics to capture emerging market opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience

• 6 to 8+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial position covering sales operations (direct experience in Confectionery sales is preferred).
