Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• Preferred Education: Bachelors in Business Administration (HR major preferred).
• Minimum Experience: Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience.

Core Competencies

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficient user of social media (LinkedIn) for sourcing candidates.
• Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Apparel manufacturing experience will be preferred.
