Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement robust sales strategies to achieve designated targets and overarching business objectives.
• Establish, nurture, and strengthen strategic partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities to accelerate growth and expand market share.
• Oversee efficient order fulfillment, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure sustainable returns for channel partners.
• Ensure consistent product availability and strong in-market visibility through strategic distribution and inventory planning.
• Design and execute trade marketing and merchandising programs to enhance market penetration and brand equity.
• Enforce strict compliance with established sales principles, policies, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead capability-development and training initiatives to improve sales team productivity and overall performance.

Eligibility Requirements

• Qualification: BBA/MBA from a reputed university
• Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in the edible oil industry or FMCG sales
