Orange Line Metro Rail Transit System (OLMRTS) is excited to announce an opening for the position of Accounts Executive in the Finance Department. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Uploading online daily payments on the online banking portal of assigned banks and preparing cheques as per requirement.
- Keeping a record of payments made online and cheques issued.
- Handling cash and maintaining a proper record of cash in hand.
- Assisting in administrative tasks of the finance department, including visiting banks and maintaining physical records of cheque copies issued to user departments.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Accounts Executive position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Qualification: BBA, MBA, or M. Com
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field
