Course Trainer Position at Human Capital Development Office (HCDO) PAF-IAST

The Human Capital Development Office (HCDO) PAF-IAST, located in Haripur, is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill the role of Course Trainer. This position is part of a three-month capacity-building project aimed at enhancing skills in various training areas.

Training Areas / Specializations Required

• NEBOSH (Occupational Health & Safety): Deliver NEBOSH occupational health & safety courses (IGC / equivalent) theory and practical.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI): Conduct hands-on courses in AI, Machine Learning, and practical AI applications theory and practical.
• Cyber Security: Deliver training in network security, ethical hacking, and best practices theory and practical.
• Solar Installation: Teach Solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance theory and practical.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional/training experience in the applied specialization.
• Relevant professional certification(s) in the respective field.
• Prior experience delivering trainings, workshops, or courses to adult learners preferred.
• Strong communication and instructional delivery skills; able to design a structured 3-month course outline.
• Availability for the full project duration at the Haripur campus (or as arranged by HCDO).
