JS Bank Limited is seeking dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to join our Agriculture Finance Team as Relationship Manager – Agri. (RM-Agri.) This is a key role in driving financial inclusion and sustainable growth in the agriculture sector.

Vacancy Details

Locations: Sahiwal, Gojra, Sargodha, Faisalabad
Grade: OG-II to OG-I

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned business targets with strong focus on NTB (New-to-Bank) acquisition.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely recovery follow-ups for markup and principal.
• Maintain Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) within acceptable thresholds.
• Prepare and process credit cases as per bank policy until disbursement.
• Deliver customer-focused service and support documentation completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers.
• Ensure recoveries as per Agri. Legal & Recovery Manual.
• Keep borrowers informed of repayment schedules and update management regularly.

Eligibility

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Agriculture graduates preferred).
• 3-5 years of Agriculture Financing / Credit Banking experience.
• Strong understanding of agriculture lending products.
• Excellent business development and relationship management skills.
• Must be a resident of the relevant city.
