Job Overview

Join Kamal Mills as a Senior Manager Shipping to lead shipping and export operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of international shipments and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Shipping & Export Documentation operations for international shipments.
• Ensure on-time shipment execution in line with customer delivery schedules.
• Oversee export documentation, including GDs, BLs, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, and related documents.
• Ensure effective coordination with concerned departments, customers, and external stakeholders for the smooth and timely execution of export shipments.
• Manage vessel/container bookings, stuffing, dispatch, shipment tracking, and ETD/ETA.
• Ensure compliance with Customs, FBR, State Bank, and international trade/shipping requirements.
• Optimize freight costs and effectively manage shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, demurrage, and detention matters.
• Monitor shipping KPIs, lead times, and costs, while leading and developing the Shipping & Export Documentation team.

Eligibility

Qualification: 16 years of education in a related field.

Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience.
