Job Responsibilities
- Execute the daily production plan according to approved targets.
- Supervise production activities on assigned lines/departments.
- Ensure smooth flow of production and timely completion of operations.
- Monitor hourly production against planned targets.
- Identify production bottlenecks and immediately report them to the Production Manager.
- Ensure minimum machine idle time and production stoppages.
- Maintain proper production records and reports.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with factory rules and procedures.
Eligibility
Industrial Engineer with 2-3 years of experience preferably in Manufacturing Industry OR Diploma from Institute of Leather Technology with 3-4 years of experience.
