Shakarganj Food Products Ltd is seeking a dedicated SOE – E-Commerce to join their team at the Head Office in Gulberg, Lahore. This role is crucial for managing the daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms, including website and online marketplaces.
  • Monitor online sales, orders, cancellations, returns, and customer complaints.
  • Ensure products are accurately listed with correct prices, descriptions, images, specifications, and stock availability.
  • Monitor website and marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and conversion.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce sales and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability is accurate.
  • Handle marketplace operations, seller dashboards, promotions, and platform requirements.
  • Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and marketplace guidelines.

Eligibility

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant e-commerce and CRM experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or team-lead role.
