Bata is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Lahore. This role is crucial for ensuring that our production processes meet the highest quality standards while optimizing resource utilization.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor line-wise and department-wise production performance.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved quality standards.
• Work closely with QA/QC to reduce defects, rework, rejection, and customer complaints.
• Monitor production processes for optimal utilization of materials and manpower as per company allocated estimates.
• Monitor absenteeism, overtime, manpower productivity, and labor utilization.
• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with factory rules and procedures.
• Prevent unauthorized movement of workers and ensure employees remain at their assigned operations.

Eligibility

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Qualification: Polymer or Chemical Engineer
• Experience: 4-5 years in Shoe Manufacturing, preferably in PU
