Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and commissioning of new electrical projects, machine modifications, and refurbishment.
• Ensure effective preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime and recurring faults.
• Manage electrical spare parts, material planning, and maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Drive energy efficiency and electricity consumption optimization across the plant.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of the Panther Grid Station and Gas/Diesel Power Plant, including statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with LESCO, Electric Inspector, and other regulatory authorities for uninterrupted power supply, inspections, and compliance.

Eligibility

Qualification: BS Electrical Engineering

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience
