Reporting to: Incharge – RDA Remittance Settlement
Responsibilities
- To process all inward and outward RDA remittance requests.
- To coordinate with stakeholders for required documents.
- To ensure timely handling of processing of complaints.
- To monitor daily complaints and coordinate with respective teams.
Eligibility
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum 02 years of banking experience in Foreign Exchange Remittances.
