Job Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support senior management decisions.
- Manage tax filings, audits, statutory reporting, and coordination with auditors and consultants.
- Strengthen financial controls, manage risks, and improve financial systems and processes.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions including financial arrangements, charge upgradation, and registration.
