Job Overview
The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily sales orders and transactions. You will maintain accurate sales records and ERP entries, prepare sales reports, and coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams regarding receivables and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily sales orders and transactions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ERP entries.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams regarding receivables and recovery.
- Monitor sales targets, achievements, and outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely processing and accuracy of Sales Orders (SO).
Eligibility
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Sales Coordination.
