• Position: Regional Business Heads – Branch Banking Division (CBG)
• Grade: Band-5/Band-3
• Location: Multiple Locations

Job Summary/Major Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for achievement of CA, SA and total deposit targets along with other revenue and cross functional targets set for the region.
• Collaboration with all business units for identification of prospective customer to enhance sales opportunities and deposit mobilization.
• Responsibility to enhance and optimize productivity at all levels enforcing compliance culture bringing quality to customer services.
• Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, Bank’s policies procedures and risk guidelines.
• Build succession pipeline and ensure high team engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from HEC recognized University/Foreign University.
• Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of banking experience, with preference for candidates having more than 03 years in a similar role.
• Age: Not more than 55 Years as of application date.
