Position Overview
The Program & Policy Officer will play a crucial role in supporting project implementation and ensuring effective community outreach. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to promote advocacy and policy development.
Responsibilities
- Support project workplan implementation and assessments.
- Coordinate outreach with 157 OPAs, 4 Buzzing Dost Networks, and CSOs.
- Contribute to policy briefs, recommendations, and advocacy materials.
- Coordinate coalition meetings, policy dialogues, and consultations.
- Ensure MEAL data collection, feedback, and MSC stories.
- Ensure Safeguarding, PSEAH, and Do No Harm principles are integrated into project design and engagement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Communication, or Development Practice.
- 2-3 years of experience in project implementation, advocacy, and community engagement in NGO/INGO settings.
