District Foundational Learning & TaRL Coordinator
Location: Keamari District (field-based, with regular travel across assigned schools)
Qualification & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years’ of field-based experience in education programme implementation, preferably within government schools in Sindh or Karachi.
3. Candidates should have experience in teacher training, classroom coaching, or instructional support at the primary level, along with familiarity with foundational literacy and numeracy approaches.
4. Exposure to Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) or similar remedial learning methodologies will be an added advantage.
5. The role requires the ability to independently manage relationships with multiple schools, coordinate field activities, and maintain strong data collection, reporting, and digital tool utilization skills.
