Library Assistant & Trainer
Location: Assigned District (Keamari/Malir) / Schools, with regular school-level field presence
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Library Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in library management, classroom facilitation, or community-level literacy promotion.
3. Experience working in a school setting and engaging with young children and teachers.
4. Familiarity with library management practices and children’s literature.
5. Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with basic data collection tools an advantage.
7. Fluency in Urdu and Sindhi; working knowledge of English.
8. Willingness to be field-based and travel regularly within the assigned district.
