ECCE Facilitator
Location: Assigned School / ECCE Centre
Qualification & Experience:
1. Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching or working with young children (ages 3-6) in a school, center, or community setting.
3. Understanding of play-based learning and child-centred teaching approaches.
4. Warm, patient, and nurturing disposition with strong communication skills.
5. Fluency in Urdu and Sindhi; basic English literacy preferred.
6. Commitment to child rights, safeguarding, and positive discipline.
