Position Details

Responsibilities

• Design weekly lesson plans and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children with Down syndrome.
• Conduct classes efficiently during the stipulated time and create a conducive learning environment.
• Design and send home plans every week.
• Make necessary adjustments to teaching strategies in real-time.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings at the completion of each IEP and/or on a need basis.
• Maintain reports on students’ progress, charts, home plans, and weekly lesson plans.
• Report any concerns of parents in a stipulated time and provide necessary feedback.
• Assist in the development of the Assistant Manager Programs.
• Ensure reporting for the necessary documentation required for the department’s effective functioning.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Psychology from an HEC recognized institution.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
