Eligibility
Qualifications
- B. Tech Hons. Civil
- DAE Civil
Experience
- Minimum 2 Years with B. Tech Hons. Civil
- Minimum 4 Years with DAE Civil
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of building construction, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in quantity take-off, estimation, BOQ, BBS, and rate analysis for Civil & MEP works
- Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, billing, procurement, and contract management
- Good understanding of site measurement and quantity verification
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Important Terms & Conditions
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and test in Islamabad. Preference will be given to local candidates based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
