BNU is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Field Enumerators and Field Supervisors for a project focused on financial inclusion. These roles are crucial for conducting interviews and managing teams to ensure accurate data collection.

Field Enumerator

As a Field Enumerator, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) using a tablet (Kobo) or paper forms. Your role will involve identifying both formal and informal enterprises in the field and ensuring the collection of accurate, GPS-tagged data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face SME interviews.
• Identify formal and informal enterprises.
• Ensure accurate data collection using tablets or paper forms.
• Travel locally as required.

Requirements:

• Fluency in local languages and Urdu.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Comfort with using tablets and technology.

Field Supervisor

The Field Supervisor will manage and supervise a team of enumerators on a daily basis. You will monitor targets, conduct spot-checks, and verify interviews to ensure quality data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise enumerators.
• Monitor daily targets and performance.
• Conduct spot-checks and verify interviews.

Requirements:

• Team and field survey supervision experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
