Ecommerce Dispatcher Job in Near Khyber Gate SITE Metrovile at Kass Cosmetics

Kass Cosmetics, a leading Pakistani cosmetics manufacturer, is seeking an Ecommerce Dispatcher to join their team in Karachi. Specializing in creams, lotions, serums, sunscreens, soaps, and henna, Kass Cosmetics exports products to over 17 countries under the Malika, Arzoo, and Al Dahabi brands. The company is dedicated to delivering international-quality products and is looking for a reliable individual to manage their dispatch operations.

Responsibilities

• Sort and process deliveries accurately and on time.
• Ensure all orders are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for dispatch.
• Follow security procedures, GMP, and quality standards.
• Report shipment discrepancies, damages, and inventory shortages.
• Monitor shipment inventory and maintain accurate operational records.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to ensure timely dispatches.
• Respond to shipment-related inquiries from internal and external teams.
• Track dispatched, pending, returned, and delayed shipments and maintain updated records.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in dispatching.
• Intermediate or B. Com qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and Daraz for order processing and tracking.
• Basic computer operating skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
