Position Overview

The Supervisor for Safety & Security will be responsible for overseeing all security operations, ensuring the safety of staff and patients, and implementing security protocols. This role requires a proactive approach to managing security challenges and emergencies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum Intermediate, preferably a Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 years of relevant experience in security supervision or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise security operations at the institute.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
• Prepare and maintain security-related reports.
• Respond to emergencies and make quick decisions under pressure.

Required Skills

• Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
