Job Overview
The Institute for Art and Culture (IAC) is seeking an Academic Coordinator for the School of Art. The primary purpose of the role is to support the planning, coordination, and effective delivery of academic programs. The position ensures smooth academic operations by coordinating between faculty, students, and administration, maintaining academic standards, and supporting institutional policies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic activities, schedules, and timetables in collaboration with faculty and department heads.
- Assist in planning, implementation, and monitoring of academic programs and curricula.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies, institutional guidelines, and accreditation requirements.
- Support faculty in academic planning, course delivery, and assessment processes.
- Monitor student academic progress and assist in resolving academic issues.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and management for academic matters.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance academic quality and student outcomes.
- Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by management.
Eligibility
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Salary Package
