Job Overview

The Accountant – Accounts Payable will support the accounting department by processing invoices and managing vendor payments efficiently. This position requires a thorough understanding of financial principles and practices, particularly in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and code vendor invoices accurately.
• Execute timely payments to vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable as required.

Eligibility

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Relevant certifications in accounting are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 Years in accounts payable or a related financial role, preferably within the real estate sector.
